WEATHER POLICY We do not provide weather-related refunds, with one exception: If prior to check-in a hurricane or tropical storm renders the property uninhabitable (i.e., flooded or without electricity) we will apply the rental to another week at a mutually-agreed upon later date. During your stay, if the authorities order a mandatory evacuation, we will refund a pro-rated amount of the rent for the week commencing with the day the evacuation order is issued. RENTER LIABLE FOR DAMAGES: Guests are financially responsible for any abuse, damage, breakage, or stains to the interior or exterior of the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
